The PG 1st year batch of 2012 was responsible to make this event happen and they worked out of their skins to pull this off. The research they did to prepare the questionnaire was like diving into the deep sea and picking pearls from shells.

A total of 16 teams participated out of which 4 top teams proceeded into final round where they battled for glory with their passion and knowledge of Cars and Bikes.

After 5 hard fought rounds, we had a clear winning team, who received their well-deserved rewards. Also there was something to take home for the students in the audience for answering maximum questions passed on to them.

All in all, the event was highly appreciated by each and everyone, which indeed was the most appropriate acknowledgement for the efforts of the PG 1st year batch.

As part of this day a farewell function was held at DYPDC Auditorium wherein the current second year PG students created a beautifully conceptualized Audio Video show. This mesmerized the passing out batch and made them a bit emotional and sentimental about the time they had spent at the campus in pursuit of their thirst for knowledge to make their career dreams come true.

The very first automotive activity for this new batch was to make a full size artistic replica of Lamborghini Countach using PVC plumbing pipes and wire mesh. The challenge does not end there, considering that they had just a little more than 3 days to do that. The future automobile designers did deliver their first car in this small time and the result on display at the entrance of DYPDC, left everyone smiling, including the young makers themselves.
